As I joined Sandringham in 2018, the fee transition process was a concern, however, the HQ team told me what was needed and are very experienced, preparing all the administration, client mailers and processing the forms once they were received back. They provided regular updates allowing me to remind clients to return the forms.
They also cross-referenced all due fees and loaded plans onto the system for me managing the inefficiencies of some providers with persistence and professionalism.
I really appreciate the work that they’ve done, saving me so much time, and leaving me to concentrate on Clients’ ongoing needs
